After completing my commercial studies, enriching my experience with a stay abroad, and obtaining a Master’s in Human Resources – Project & Competencies Management, I had the privilege to contribute to the development and learning area within large international organizations such as WHO, ILO, IATA, SICPA, and Givaudan. At the latter, I spent a decade leading the Learning & Development Service, a period during which I was able to realize my passion for supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in their quest for fulfillment, growth, and collaboration. I have continuously sought to develop myself through ongoing training, certification programs, coaching programs, and field experiences, particularly in coaching, mentoring, change management, as well as in topics related to health and well-being at work, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. The field of learning and human development is much more than a career for me; it’s a calling.
I fully invest myself in supporting the empowerment of individuals and groups, helping them to embrace change and realize their full potential. Outside of work, I find my balance in interior decorating, expressing my creativity and aesthetic sense. Tennis and yoga are my escapes for, respectively, letting off steam and centering myself. Passionate about travel and podcasts, I feed my curiosity and constant desire to learn and discover.
